Coming to this December issue of the Neuroendocrinology Letters, I would like to inform you that we established on our website a Press Room. The purpose of this is to spread information about the contents of the articles in the NEL and news around our activities.
Many of the papers submitted and published in the NEL are hot topics and of great interest to journalists and to the general public. Our statistics show an increasing number of visitors to our website, where we also can see the most read articles. We would like to encourage all NEL authors to also send us, along with their scientific paper, a popular version aimed for the massmedia and press. This news version will considerably facilitate to spread information about your research and results to a broader public.
Also, if you have any news you would like to share with us, other colleagues, readers and even journalists, please send it to us and we will publish it on our website.
And, as mentioned before, we very much encourage you to submit to the Neuroendocrinology Letters not only scientific papers, but also pieces of your art, poetry, literature, philosophy etc, for consideration to be published in our journal.
Finally, as you have read in the Editorial of this issue, the Neuroendocrinology Letters together with the Foundation of Integrated Sciences (FIS) are going to publish from the next year on, the International Journal of Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Medicine (Integrative Prenatal and Perinatal Sciences). The topics of those two journals are very often interrelated and we encourage you also to send us your contributions for this journal.
I trust, you will stay in a continuous communication with the Neuroendocrinology Letters in the next year, and
I wish you a very fruitful and happy New Year 2002,
Yours, most cordially,
Lili Maas, Art & Advertising Director
Director of the Editorial Office
